To lead the Planning and Design teams to deliver plans and designs that enable our development programs to be met.
Mainly in charge of:
- Leading a team to deliver the plans, create and implement design standards and layouts
- Leading and coaching a team

- Leading and facilitating cross functional project teams
- Visiting sites

- Approving and checking submissions for governance group approval
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in designs and plans
Requirement:
- Bachelor above, major in industrial design
- Extensive experience of leading a team to provide design solutions and store plans in multi format retail operation
- Extensive experience in retail related planning environment
- Good understanding of all disciplines within property services
- Knowledge of customer shopping behaviors
- Excellent oral and written English
