职位描述
Responsible for IKEA Food expansion projects, establish relationship with key stakeholders and expansion competence in the market.
Responsibilities：
- Ensure the project management of new builds and rebuilds of IKEA food units, with minimum impact on ongoing food operations.
- Ensure quality, time, resources and budget in IKEA Food expansion projects.
- Ensure alignment with recommended standard layouts and standard equipment solutions in the planning phase as well as during the build-up phase.
- Ensure that business opportunities, new technologies and innovations are utilised in the IKEA Retail Food expansion projects.
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders as well as develop effective and efficient communication plans.
Requirements:
- Previous project management experience with acknowledged balance of time, money and quality.
- Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business.
- Experience of new store builds and rebuilds is essential
- Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities / deadlines.
- Sound understanding of IKEA Concept in new store design.
- Sound understanding of the standards for function review, OI and food safety.
- Proven experience of working accounting- and cost follow up tools
- Multicultural experience
