• To plan, execute, and omplement the projects for CN expansion base on the solid ID knowledge
• Be responsible for delivering the specific area of the projects to the right quality and on time
• Have a deep knowledge and understanding of people’s needs and wants, their living situations and living conditions and consumer buying behaviour in CN market and inquisitive to find out more.
• Use interior design skills and life at home knowledge to provide home furnishing solutions for a combination of products that improve people’s life at home, work with the expansion ID leader to secure the implementation of these solutions.
• Main responsibility is to provide the expansion Com&In management teams with specific, relevant support to ensure their room settings, vigneets, sales support area, is up to date, thereby creating vitality throughout these areas in the project which exceed our visitors’ expectations.
• Supported and coached by expansion interior design leader to secure that:

       - Work with room settings martrix in order to create a good overview and visual impact

       - Provide an easy buying process for our customers

• Document the fine plan result, secure that format and contents of fine plan documents and drawings aremeeting standard requirements.
• Participate in store commercial build up process after opening and follow up on the project process forcontinu improvement

• IKEA relevant retailing experience
• Project experience
• Understanding of IKEA concept
• Understand the commercial review standards
• Computer proficient including the ability toproduce CAD plans and Sketch-up plans
• Good Knowledge of Common Store Planningprinciples
• Strong identification with IKEA culture andvalues
• Passion for developing the IKEA home furnishingsolutions through expansion projects
• Hunger to develop in IKEA, be a team playerand a self starter
• Drive to exceed results within a givenframework
• A passion for fast-paced, future-orientedretailing and the IKEA range
