The purpose of the job is to prioritize, coordinate and manage the development and deployment of innovative digital products for China market as well as ensuring that the development stay aligned with the set out business goals and KPI benefits for China

To work collaboratively with Retail China, other Product Owners and Managers in the China Digital team as well as Group Digital to actively manage the digital product backlog as well as working with chapter leads to ensure sufficient resources and functional expertise in the agile team. Work in close collaboration with Group Digital Product teams and closely aligned with the Group Digital product strategy as well as to the China Digital product strategy

? extensive of the market/area within which the product they are responsible for developing

? will be deployed and used technology landscape in eCommerce, digital channels and retail particularly in technology that is relevant to their product area

? extensive experience with agile development practices, particularly owning and running specific agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews

? extensive experience in developing/writing user stories

? bring in a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
