A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
? Checking and updating the project cost follow up (CFU) on a monthly basis to secure the accurate and timely cost information is available.
? Follow local routines and guiding retail functions project leader on individual project basis to secure the standard cost follow up methods are implemented.
? Working with and maintaining Unifier (cost management tool) for workflow and standard reporting function set up and monitoring.
? Educating and clarifying the cost group definition to project teams, retail functional responsible.
? Responsible for simplify tendering process on site and local procurement.
? Clearly communicating the project forecast, actual cost picture and change order status to RPM and all functions and giving feedbacks to functions and project teams, and strongly supporting them to improve.
? Follow up contract/IMS order payment statute and ensure all the costs booked in time.
? Issuing the final project follow up (PFU) for the retail investment within six months after store opening (new store projects) or final project acceptance (rebuilding projects) and also be able the explain all the deviations between IR and PFUs, if any.
? Follow local routines and guiding retail functions project leader on individual project basis to secure the standard cost follow up methods are implemented.
