职位描述
Job Responsibilities/Specific Tasks to be performed:
1) Tradeshow/Event management: Researches, coordinates and produces tradeshows and special events. Consult with relevant personnel to determine which events best serve present and future plans. Prepares budgetary plans and provides logistics planning and activities planning at show site. Collaborate with graphic designers to create purposeful graphics and posters based on varying levels of inputs from Marketing and Product Management. Provides for the acquisition, storage and maintenance of exhibit equipments.
2) Sales tool development & management: oversees the production of various kinds of sales tools including sales aids, posters and displays, showrooms, system demos, product samples and giveaways, etc. Manage the distribution process to sales and channels and warehousing.
3) Business intelligence support: search appropriate business intelligence platform to collect market, competitors' market activities, new product development/pricing/promotion and government/industry policies. Make preliminary analysis on information gathered and regularly share with relevant business to understand competitive environment and generate leads.
4) Provide required assistance like direct mailing, logistics arrangement in product launches, promotional campaigns and trainings, etc.
5) Establish working relationship with key members of counterpart in US and Europe and provide necessary support in Global sourcing project in product samples and giveaways, etc.
6) Provide professional MarCom support to APAC region as need arises.
Desired Education. Experience and Skills:
Desired education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 3-5 years professional experience in Marketing/Communication.
Required skills:
1) Strong work ethic and high level of motivation.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
3) Exceptional organizational abilities and be capable of successfully managing multiple projects, shifting deadlines and large workloads.
4) Moderate skills in Adobe Suite, Acrobat and Microsoft Applications.
5) Attention to details and customer-oriented.
6) Good team player.
7) Strong project and vendor management skill.
