岗位职责：
根据公司发展规划制定和完善采购部门各项管理制度；
建立采购流程，确保价格，数量设置，翻单和库存控制等顺利运作；
优化供应商管理工作，对供应商进行评估，监督和改进供应商的绩效；
负责搜集、分析市场信息，采取战略的措施确保采购的成本是有竞争性的。
与其他部门配合制定促销策略，如促销价格等。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，有电子商务行业采购经验优先；
8年及以上的采购经验，3年团队管理经验；熟悉家居产品，家具，电器，工具，玩具，园林产品，运动设备…等項目為优；
较强的分析技巧，熟悉产品分析，销售分析等；
优秀的谈判和沟通能力；
英语读写流利；
