- Support head of SCM to establish procurement system, SOP, and related operational regulations
- Involve or Lead the tender and management for the category of Medical Device, Drugs, Reagent etc..
- Support the project based on request on asset level 
- Build the category strategy and plan based on business plan, and execute procurement tasks
- Build the inventory management strategy and guide asset 
- Build and keep good relationship with government departments as required 
- Manage and maintain supplier relationship 
- Establish and maintain the category data of SCM 
- Make Marketing Intelligence and analysis

Education Background/Professional Training 学历和专业/职业培训和证书：
- A bachelor’s degree 
- Medical degree is preferred
- CPM or CPSM is preferred

Working Experiences and Qualifications 工作经验和能力：
- Over six years of purchasing experiences, at least 2 years experiences on medical device, or consumables or pharmacy in hospital 
- Experience on procurement system development and support 
- Experience on HRP and HIS
- Good Experience on management of inventory and multi-sites 
- Experience in people management 
- Good team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines
- Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience
- Good communications skills

With headquarter is in Seattle, USA, CPM is an international business that develops and operates hospitals, clinics and senior living facilities in Asia.
CPM owns Columbia Asia, which has nearly 30 hospitals, clinics, and extended care facilities in Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
