DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Process working z visa for expatriate employees, manage personal files
? Be responsible for communication and coordination the attendance records of 15 branch campuses', conduct summary attendance form. Calculate employee's annual leave, sick leave and summer& winter holiday.
? Assistant with employee relations, organize employee activities, such as monthly birthday party, annual party, etc.
? Prepare and report statement and HR data statistic
? Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR team, Provide general administrative service in HR function.
? Prepare and coordinate special workload as assigned by supervisor
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education, Training and Experience
· Bachelors degree, CET 6 and above.
· Fluent English and Chinese, both in oral and written.
· Good writing and communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
2. Job Skills and Abilities
· Willing to learn
· Knowledge and awareness of human resource related issues is plus
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Considerable initiative and creativity required
· Responsible, reliable, well-organized, flexible, team player
· 1-2 years working experiences in HR position is preferred
