The job holder is responsible for production improvement regarding productivity, on-time delivery, products quality through applying comprehensive knowledge and skills in production management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement the company's quality policy and objectives, organize the implementation of production budgetary requirement and ensure on-time delivery.

认真贯彻执行公司的质量方针、质量目标，组织实施生产计划，确保按时交货率及预算要求。

2. Organize the production in accordance with the process, drawings, standard to ensure meet the requirement.

按照程序，图纸及相关标准组织生产，以确保产品符合要求。

3. Ensure the production area safety and clean as per 6S requirements.

确保生产区域的安全和整洁符合6S的标准。

4. Maintain production equipment to ensure the equipment satisfy the production capacity.

维护生产设备，以确保设备满足生产的能力。

5. Inspect production process, material consumption quota management and operating procedure standard.

检验并检查生产工艺，材料消耗定额管理和作业程序标准

6. Design and develop new technology, formulate WI, reduce production cost, improve productivity, enhance products competitiveness.

设计和开发新技术，制定WI，降低生产成本，提高生产效率，增强企业的市场竞争力

7. Leading and assess lean project, assist other departments to eliminate waste, improve efficiency and reduce cost.

领导和评估精益生产项目，协助其它部门共同减少浪费，提高生产效率，降低生产成本

8. Work with HR to train the production people, establish employee participation, continues improvement lean culture, encourage employee contribution their knowledge to the development of our company.

与人力资源部共同对生产员工进行培训，建立员工参与和持续改善的精益文化，鼓励员工为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。

9. Responsible for execution of IE, such as draft and maintenance standard work hours, SOP, etc.

负责基础IE工作的执行，如：标准工时的制定和维护，工厂的Layout等

10. Develop products process instruction according to production capacity and technology requirements in our company.

根据公司生产加工能力及产品技术要求，制定产品的工艺流程。

11. Apply new techniques and new methods to reduce manufacturing costs and increase productivity.

不断在实践中应用新工艺、新方法，降低制造成本，提高生产效率。

12. Responsible for technology-related problems solving during production, installation and process.

负责解决生产、安装、调试过程中与工艺有关的技术问题。

Eligibility

Educational Attainment:

Bachelor or above in IE-related disciplines.

Work Experience:

At least 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and with at least 3 years at managerial level.

Personality:

Ability to work independently under pressure

High integrity and reliability

Action oriented, problem solving & result driven

Knowledge and Skills

Fluent in English speaking and writing and strong capability in analyzing, organizing and planning.

Proficiency in ERP system is required (MRP / SAP/ ISO) is preferred.

Good communication skills and presentation skills

Forward thinker and a team player

Ability to effectively coordinate across functional activities
