Main Tasks:

  

    

Location Study

  

Organize preparation of testing and attend tests (Test order, visit….),

  

Analyze results and submit report

  

Make proposal to customer for location optimization if needed.

  

  

  

Crash data (Calibration and Validation)

  

Follow-up tests schedule and preparation (Review ALV requirements with customer and/or crash lab),

  

Insure data collected are transferred to calibration team,

  

Verify data are received in accordance with expected project schedule

  

Inform management of any issue

  

Store in appropriate locations data received,

  

Analyze and process the data (data consistency check).

  

  

  

Calibration

  

Verify necessary pre-requisite are available (Calibration tool, algorithm guidelines, preprocessing, RTTF…),

  

Define appropriate logic and strategy to ensure design quality and robustness,

  

Determine and optimize calibration parameters to achieve customer RTTF,

  

Comply with calibration process (tracing, checks, performances, MMcals),

  

Present and discuss performances with customer (submit calibration report).

  

  

  

Validation

  

Verify necessary pre-requisite are available (Calibration tool, validation bench, customer calibration agreement…),

  

Follow internal testing (OSCAR, Neeva, memory dumps…),

  

Analyze results and investigate any non-conformity

  

Simulate and present results to customer (submit validation report).

  

  

  

Other Duties

  

Fill lessons learned for all assigned projects,

  

Participate to 5 S, Continuous improvement,

  

Attend internal meetings (calibration weekly, MMcals…),

  

Learn to use new algorithm generation design.

Required diploma: Bachelor of Automation, Electronic Engineering

  

  

Experience: 2~3 years’ related experience

  

  

Knowledge and technical skills required for the job position:

  

Basic in mechanics

  

Electronic development, strong understanding of automotive product development

  

Signal processing,

  

Microsoft Office.

  

Has experience in using and programming with MATLAB, HTML format and excel macros

  

Exposure to automotive passive safety electronics and passive safety systems are preferred

  

  

Specific Aptitudes connected to the job:

  

Ability to work in a group,

  

Ability to work in a tight schedule,

  

Rigorousness (respect process and quality) and flexibility.

  

  

Foreign Languages :

奥托立夫（中国）电子有限公司作为奥托立夫在中国的全资子公司，成立于2005年底，坐落于上海市美丽的滨海新城-奉贤，是奥托立夫电子在亚太地区唯一的制造基地。总投资1,280万美金，占地面积22,000平方米，员工总数1,000人左右，其中研发人员占比超过18%。
