Purpose
The Shop keeper is the owner of an "area of the Home" or a "specialty business" in the IKEA store. Through their passion for
life at Home, retailing and knowledge of our range and for the local market, the Shop keeper is responsible for securing leadership
leaders in the area of the home or specialty business
Mandate
By securing the Everyday business through the three fundamental tasks, in their "area of the Home" or "specialty shop", The shop keeper will lead the team to provide solutions that reflect and inspire our visitors to improve their everyday life at home. This to secure IKEA becoming the reference for Life@Home in China.
The sh The shopkeeper has the responsibility for their people and to coach, develop and inspire their team!
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Securing customer satisfaction
· Secure the SSISAN in the area of responsibility
· Deep knowledge of Life@Home and the IKEA range presented within the area of the home /speciality shop.
· To present the width & depth of the IKEA range in a functional way that supports the buying process and reinforces the IKEA low price profile.
· Ensure the IKEA customer promise
Sales growth & profitability
· Actively work with the Range Priorities for the Area of the home/speciality shop and follow the competition to identify weaknesses and potentials for IKEA.
· Follow up the stock levels and secure the health stock structure by working with space dimensioning and direct flow.
· Analyse the Sales performance to ensure the sales steering towards products with good availability, top sellers, 3A&K and PCD.

· To identify opportunities in addition to Commercial calendar (peak and non peak periods) that promotes sales growth and secure IKEA as THE reference for Life@Home in all rooms
