Purpose
Com&In is a unique resource consisting of specialists in home furnishing, range presentation, store planning, communication, interior design, graphic design, purchasing behaviour, aesthetics and craftsmanship. With these skills and a high level of awareness of the local market, people.s living conditions, trends, values, etc., Com&In, together with Sales and logistics are able to present the range in a commercial and affordable way that inspires visitors and make their dreams reachable.
Mandate
Communication & Interior Design has the task of creating, establishing and ensuring an optimal visual level, and thereby contributing to reaching set commercial goals for the IKEA Store.


Communication & Interior Design shall secure a high visual and communicative level both in the IKEA Store and on the site. This means using the knowledge of how people live and their needs, to present new possibilities for everyday living, and to visualise and communicate the priorities of the business both commercially and aesthetically.



Main Responsibilities
Visual Responsibility


· Ensure the commercial and aesthetic appearance of the IKEA Store reinforces the unique IKEA Retail Identity through creative and inspiring range presentation the IKEA way.
· Ensure in-store display and communication is maintained so the IKEA store always looks like new, so that each area of the store assists customers to shop easily and freely during the entire buying process.


Commercial Responsibility


· Combine and present the IKEA home furnishing range in an exciting, vibrant and creative manner to reflect and reinforce the Swedishness of the IKEA range, versatility and functionality of products and inspire the target group to make their buying decision.
· Ensure Store activity and marketing plans are implemented effectively, adhered to and In-store communication meets requirements, standards and time schedules.
· Ensure Store promotions are interpreted so they capture the campaign vision in a creative and inspiring way. Ensure Store activity and marketing plans are implemented effectively, adhered to and In-store communication meets requirements, standards and time schedules.


Customer Satisfaction
· To ensure it is easy and convenient to shop at the IKEA store.
· Demonstrate our competence as the Home Furnishing specialist to the customer.
· Ensure that shopping at IKEA is pleasant and stimulating
