GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordination all shipments from China DC to all stores within the framework fixed by logistics supervisor.

协调处理由主管指派的各项运输管理工作

This position requires a close follow-up of the operations and a daily cooperation / communication with many internal departments/stores and external suppliers

该职位需要与运作部门，以及各内部/外部职能体系保持紧密协作与沟通

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily cooperate with warehouse and transport providers to ensure the goods can be delivered into the stores in China, which included garments & Low value materials

      和仓库与承运商密切协作，确保商品以及各辅料能及时安全运达中国大陆地区各零售店铺

• Be responsible of monthly billing checking & payment settlement

      各项费用的校对与支付

• Summary and reporting which appointed by logistics supervisor

      完成由主管指派的各类报表的整理、汇总

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

• College students or freelances 

      在校大学生或者自由职业者

• Open personality, pro-active, and self-motivated  

      性格开朗，积极主动，有担当

• Good knowledge in excel processing

      良好的表格处理能力

• Work experience will be a plus  

      有工作经验者优先
