Position Summary: Responsible for clearly understanding project objectives, assisting in the development/planning of programs to accomplish the desired objectives, and executing the approved program.

Essential Functions:

1. Provides technical assistance to production

2. Designs tests to measure process capability under controlled conditions

3. Makes recommendations to overcome machine/process deficiencies
制定建议来克服机器或工艺带来的不足。
4. Executes programs to improve productivity and process efficiency to minimize waste and reduce costs
执行工艺程序提高生产率和工艺效率从而把浪费和成本减至最低程度。
5. Researches all necessary technical information relating to assigned projects/processes
研究所有与项目工艺有关的技术资料。
6. Accurately maintains all necessary technical documentation in a n appropriate format to ensure proper analyses and communication of results
正确地维护所有必要的技术程序说明书并恰当的格式来确保正确地分析和交流的结果。
7. Executes start up and turn over to production of any new process to include documentation, training, costs and deadlines

8. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of information included in the Master Technical Specification File for assigned departments

9. Supervises activities of all personnel assigned for specific project work and ensures productivity and quality

Education, Experience, and skills required:

1.Minimum Associates Degree Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or relevant field

2.Knowledge of OSHA Standards and experience with maintaining harmonious labor relations

3.Ability to work well with all levels of personnel

4.Detailed knowledge of processes
