职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

? Complete daily accounting work (vouchers and accounting book keeping) for Representative Office.
? Petty cash management
? Accounts payable
? Weekly office expense payment and filing.
? Weekly supplier payment invoice checking and liaison with UK head office for payment.
? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial declaration to local tax bureau
? Summarize various office expenses to analyze by category and use it for budget calculation.
? Work with local China tax audit firm to conduct annual CIT tax audit report
? Annual stamp duty filing
? Annual tax clearance return filing for enterprise income tax
? HR and Administration work: work with FESCO for payroll, social insurance, employee HR contract filing, office maintenance, office supplies, hotel/flight booking, etc.
? Annual office registration certificate renewal


Key Requirements
? Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
? Multi-tasking.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Good computer skills, especially Excel.
? College or university graduation in accountant major
? At least 3 years related accountant experience
? Can use written English to make accounting ledgers & vouchers, accounting reports.
? Can communicate well in English with foreigners on accounting related issues, can speak English fluently.
? Ability to work under pressure and an ability to think strategically.
? Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations. Ability to translate read & write them in English when required.
? Well understand China accounting policy and local tax practice, have good knowledge of foreign company accounting practice, can suggest to head office for proper tax saving.
