Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责:

1. Responsible for technical support and training for the Service Agents in Northern China.
对于北方服务商（长江以北）的管理和培训；

2. To check the service fee and service quality for the Service Agents in Northern China.
北方服务费及服务质量的审核确认；

3. To control and order the minimum spare parts for the store in factory.
库内需要零件的订购；

4. Acceptance of imported parts and parts of warranty claim, maintain the Kingdee system.
进口零件的验收及保内零件的索赔，并进行金蝶系统的数据维护；

5. To provide the technical consultation for the Customer Service Hotline

Qualifications:
任职资格:

1. College degree or higher with major in Refrigeration Engineering preferred.
大专及以上学历，制冷工程专业优先考虑；

2. Relevant working experience in the Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry. Experience in commercial foodservice equipment preferred.
制冷或空调行业相关工作经验，拥有商用餐饮设备行业经验者优先考虑；

3. Familiar with refrigeration systems, facility maintaining requirements.
熟悉制冷系统、设备维护要求；

4. Exercise good teamwork, eager to progress and not wait for challenges.
拥有良好的团队合作精神，渴望进步而不是等待挑战；

5. Good English (both written and spoken) and superior communication ability.
良好的英语及沟通交流能力。
