职位描述：
Purpose of the job:
To manage the necessary R&D engineering/logistic support due course of development project(s) and activities. To perform the bridge function between R&D and Procurement/Suppliers.

Main accountabilities:
1. To facilitate the engineering support towards R&D project execution and development activities, by offering logistic support and managing communication (both technically and commercially).
2. To help the definition of the suitable S/C and to manage the cost and its variation in the course of R&D project execution.
3. To perform as contact window in R&D with Procurement (internal) and Suppliers (External).
4. To manage and organize the workshop/discussion between suppliers and R&D engineers for DFM and quality issues during design phase.
5. To apply purchasing order to Procurement/Buyer.
6. To organize and work with R&D Engineer/Procurement on auditing (new) supplier.
7. To initiate quotation request for samples and the materials/tooling(s)/Equipment(s).
8. To coordinate with supplier for sample and goods delivery.
9. To offer the engineering and purchasing support towards different R&D sites in the company and lab officer in R&D organization.

Education:
Bachelor/Master degree of Engineering

Experience:
5 years of experience in related field for Bachelor degree
3 years of experience in related filed for Master degree

Competencies:
1. Have common sense on Mechanical/Optical/Electronic parts, including but not limit on Development procedure, Quality system and design process, etc.
2. Knowhow of project management will be plus
3. Experience to work with suppliers and knowhow regarding procurement/purchasing.
4. Excellent communication skill
5. Fluent English, both in oral and writing.
6. High level of intellectual affectivity and flexibility
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Problem solving skills
9. Good initiative
