职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 完成区域渠道运营团队的组建与管理，包括参与人员的招聘以及新人的培训；
2、 按计划定期安排区域渠道运营人员相关市场培训和业务技能培训；
3、 完成外场推广点的联系与场地布置以及运营，人员监督和管理，确保业绩达成；
4、 统计推广物料的使用情况，预测及申报数量，整合资源，确保合理利用；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有一定管理经验者优先。
2、1年以上推广或销售管理经验，有较强的沟通能力及抗压能力。
3、较强的团队协作意识与执行能力。
4、有较强的协调和处理问题能力；
