职位描述：
主要职责：
1）参与瑞典，美国和中国的采购项目；
2）参与供应商资质审查；
3）参与供应商质量持续改进项目；
4）参与开发供应商；
5）管理宁波公司的日常质量投诉；
6）校准计量仪器和工具；
7）测量/管控材料/元件；
8）管理和控制操作工的日常生产；
9）分析图纸和标准。

任职要求：
1）有欧洲企业机械行业2-5年质量控制和/或采购经验；
2）清晰了解质量控制程序；
3）扎实的质量和采购经验；
4）能读产品技术图纸和规格；
5）以客户为导向，积极主动，良好的团队合作，和沟通技巧；
6）思路清晰，能在压力下工作；
7）善于沟通和分析；
8）熟练的英语听说读写；
9）了解欧洲企业文化，思路开阔；
10）能接受出差，能独立工作。

Responsibilities:
？ Take responsibility for or support the qualification of components in sourcing projects with Ålö Sweden, Ålö US and Ålö NB
？ Take responsibility for or support supplier qualification activities and projects
？ Take responsibility for or support continuously supplier quality control activities
？ Manage and be a part of daily quality complaints with Ålö NB closely
？ Manage and be a part of drawing modification review and transmission
？ Calibration of measurement instruments and tools
？ Measuring/control of articles/materials/components
？ Control work performed by operators, i.e. work as a controller
？ Analyses of specifications and drawings

Knowledge and skills required:
？ At least 2-5 years quality and/or sourcing experience in an industrial environment in western companies (mechanical industry would be a bonus)
？ A clear understanding of the quality process
？ Proven experience of quality and/or sourcing duties
？ Knowledge in understanding technical specifications and drawings
？ Customer focused, proactive, good team cooperation and good communication skills
？ Well-structured and organized person, with flexibility to work in dynamic environment
？ Communicative and analyzing
？ Good ability in speaking and writing in English
？ Experience in working with/within international/global companies
