职位描述
Location: Ansin Suzhou new sub-plant
Job Description
1. Work closely with, and support Plant Manager in business and strategic decision-making process;
2. Take full responsibility of preparing, reviewing and submitting plant's financials.
3. Manage the process of Strategic Planning (SP), Operating Planning (OP), and Mid-month Forecast(MMF), review collection and input of the financial data, and interpret key financial performance measurements and indicators to the Plant Management.
4. Manage the month closing, and continuously improve efficiency of the process.
5. Initiate, drive, monitor and evaluate action plans to improve overall profit and cash flow performance by working with plant's operations team; and work closely with the central finance team on taxation and treasury activities.
6. Drive the business case update process and product line profitability analysis; and support business quotation, and customer and product profitability reporting and analysis.
7. Maintain proper procedures of Fixed Assets Management; support Program Management in financial update and control of new program launch; review and approve CEAs and ensure proper control in place; and lead financial evaluation and assessment of investment plans.
8. Review and maintain the company's internal control policies and procedures for SOX compliancy; and coordinates the activities related to the internal and external audits.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor degree in accounting/finance required, and MBA is preferred
2. Minimum of six years experience in finance/accounting in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to relevant policies and regulations.
3. Three-year managerial experience required
4. Experience with ERP system is a must.
5. Fluent Mandarin and English
6. Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills; team player and ability to work independently with all levels of the organization.
7. Professional Certificate, such as CPA/ACCA/CMA, is a plus.
