职位描述：
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to take an active role in providing design direction and support to Design Engineer counseling and assisting as needed. Coordinate with designer to evaluate product design and give suggestion during CV&DV phase.
2. Responsible to lead product engineering jobs which happened in plant during CV&DV phase. Work with project team members actively to collect design review result and help designer to find out best solution.
3. Responsible to analyze all engineering related new requirement from customer, EF&C/TRW, or third parts. Work with all team members to discuss and make appropriate response during after 3D and 2D drawing are released.
4. Responsible to negotiate with customer about product status and confirmation about master samples.
5. Responsible to collect all engineering issues and work with all team members to find out root cause and make right solution after 3D and 2D drawing are released. And make summary file to follow.
6. Responsible to lead engineering design changes actives after 3D and 2D drawing are released. Work with all team members to find out best engineering solution and release the ECM files. Also should control the engineering cost under budget. And make an ECM summary file to follow.
7. Responsible to coordinate to finish samples trial run jobs which is happened during development phase (Provide data, first sample checking, guide and train operator...) after 3D and 2D drawing are released. Samples production should be managed by Project manager.
8. Responsible to analyze product design validation results and failure root cause, to develop corrective actions as suggested by testing results after 3D and 2D drawing are released.
9. Responsible to use Clarity and ensure project key engineering document and information is properly input in system.
10. Responsible to consult with internal and customer engineering staff and other pertinent technical support personnel on complex and unique problems after 3D and 2D drawing are released.
11. Responsible to ensures compliance with customer specs and policies through the use of TRW policies and procedures including APQP, GDPIM and 16949 system.
12. Support to generate engineering cost estimate figures.
13. Support to set up validation and testing procedures.
14. Support plant operation team in product and process validation results analysis.
and quality issues analysis in serial production with proper engineering solutions.
15.Support core development engineering to analyze products and technology in market with engineering benchmarking activities. 举报 分享
