2、负责招聘渠道的建立、开发及评估，维护岗位人才储备库；
3、负责各招聘岗位的需求分析、简历筛选、面试邀约、面试、offer谈判、跟进等招聘工作；
4、优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率；
5、完成上级领导安排的临时工作任务。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历,两年以上招聘实施工作经验；
2、熟悉企业的招聘流程和各种招聘渠道，有软件、互联网公司及猎头招聘经验优先考虑；
3、沟通表达能力强，有较强的抗压能力，能迅速适应高效的工作环境；
4、擅长招聘数据统计分析，能有效合理安排招聘渠道和工作节点；
5、较强的团队协作精神与协调推动能力。
