职位描述：
Job Description:
Conduct on-site supplier qualification & regular process audits as related to quality systems, process controls, manufacturing capabilities;
Help to develop product specification on product development stage;
Support Global and Asia team to facilitate development and production pilot and mass production builds. Work with internal team and suppliers for reliability test plan & validation methods (SPC, CPK, Control Plan, etc);
Analyze plants and regional quality performance as related to ISO quality system, develop and implement action plan to improve supplier quality performance;
-Conduct PSI (Pre Shipment Inspection) and factory quality system audit, responsible for monthly DPPM report;
Manage suppliers to develop and review for Supplier Performance following Asia performance review system on product quality and quality management system, such as monthly DPPM, CAR (8D), Customer Complaint, Factory quality system audit and process audit;
Follow CAPA System(Corrective Action and Preventive Action) to monitor the process for non-conforming material or products handling, problem resolution, including corrective/ preventative action/8D/corrective action plan, ensure the improvement plan & follow up actions are effective and documented;
Participate other tasks assigned by Manager;
Knowledge and experience for liaison with internal stakeholders and testing labs for development of product/material testing protocol and testing method etc;
Experience in dealing with US mass retailers, e.g. Target, Wal-Mart compliance requirement of audit, testing and quality etc.

Job Requirement:
Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related subject;
5+ years professional experiences in product manufacturing; relevant experiences in office products;
Familiar with ISO 9001, RoHS, APQP, PPAP, 8D, Control Plan or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in English and Mandarin;
Experience working with global teams and participate in conference calls with the Global team;
Work independently and under pressure with sense of urgency;
Good team player, high level of flexibility;
Station in Ningbo and frequent travel is required. 举报 分享
