职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
 
1. Ability to take styling data and develop a complete model for production or rapid prototype.
2.Manipulate math models so that revisions and/or redesigns can be performed.
3. Understand change control system (ECR/ECN) and follow workflow.  
4. Familiar with all aspects of engineering protocol including Bill of Material, ECR/ECN, design guidelines and how to use JAC computer system (in-house database).       
5. Capable of producing detail or assembly drawings as required.
6. Capability to take styling concepts in any form and develop class “A” surfaces.
7.  Able to transfer customer formatted data in the required format, customer contact will be required for the development stage of a project.
8.  Performs all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of work within JAC Products Inc.
 
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
        
§  Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provides for individual growth.
§  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedure manuals and operating instructions.
§  Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
§  Experienced in use of design software
§  Knowledge of manufacturing processes including but not limited to injection molding (plastic), die casting, extrusion process for a variety of materials, roll forming and stampings.
§  Good communication and presentation skills. English speaking is a must!
§  Working knowledge of GD&T.
 
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Note:    Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required for all new hires in all positions. 
 
§  Engineering - (BS Degree) or equivalent experience with CAD system.
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
