职位描述：
Title: Junior Shipping Clerk

Duties:
1. Operate in ERP system for certain processes, coordinate and communicate with other departments and suppliers efficiently to get details fixed.
2. Cross check all related documents, cooperate with other departments and suppliers, to assure submission of qualified documentation.
3. Be responsible for air shipments of goods. Arrange shipping schedule, achieve target ETA, have control of logistic costs.
4. Follow up payment term and payment status.
5. Be responsible for filing of documents.
6. Be supportive to other logistic operation.

岗位：船务助理

工作职责：

1． ERP系统内进行相关流程的操作，与各部门及供应商就订单相关细节建立有效沟通，共同解决问题，直至所有细节得以落实。
2． 仔细审核订单相关文件，与供应商以及各部门同事沟通协作，确保提交正确合规文件。
3． 负责空运操作。合理安排出货计划，达成发货目标时间，控制物流成本。
4． 跟进订单付款条款及付款状态。
5． 负责相关文件整理及存档，。
6． 提供物流操作所需的支持性工作。

Requirements:

1. International trading or English colleague degree or above, fresh graduates also welcomed;
2. Good skills in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. Dependable and careful, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation;
4. Good computer skills in MS Office;
5. MS Navision operation experience is preferred.

2. 英语听，说，读写能力熟练；
3. 踏实认真仔细，有责任心和上进心；
4. 能熟练操作MS Office;
