工作主要职责：
根据部门管理制度及体系要求，认真贯彻产品生产、质量管理和安全生产，100%落实生产计划，确保车间5S活动的开展和完善。
任职要求：
能力：计划组织、沟通协调能力，培养团队合作能力，影响他人能力。
专业知识：熟悉排气系统产品知识，掌握ISO9001，QS9000（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、QSA）, TS16949等质量管理体系，掌握生产管理、精益生产，6西格玛等。
相关工作经验及年限:3年相关行业的工作经验，其中2年在管理岗位。
教育水平：大学（汽车专业、机加专业、机电一体化专业、焊接专业等）。

上海天纳克排气系统有限公司成立于1999年，是天纳克公司在中国投资建立的生产汽车排气系统的中美合资企业。中方隶属于上汽集团，美方为美国500强的Tenneco公司，其中股比为美方55%，中方45%。公司位于上海安亭国际汽车城，毗邻上海大众汽车有限公司。公司主要从事排气系统的开发、生产和销售， 产品包括：排气歧管，催化转换器、消声器以及领先的柴油后处理系统。公司现有员工约800多人，服务客户包括上海大众、上海通用、上汽汽车、奇瑞汽车等等。下设六家外地分厂,分别在南京、沈阳、柳州、宁波、武汉、长沙。

Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system. The company has approximately 800 employees serving the customers in the east China including Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, SAIC Motor, Chery and etc.
