1. Release recruitment advertisement and hire suitable people through kinds of chanel according to the company needs.
根据公司需要，运用多种渠道发布人员招聘信息，及时招聘到合适的人才
2. Responsible for resume screening, tel. interviews and Arrange face-to-face interviews
筛选简历、电话面试及安排面试
3. Process hiring and resign procedure.
办理入职及离职手续
4. Organize and archive files of hiring.
入职档案的整理和归档
5. Update personal information of employees in time.
及时更新员工基本信息表
6. Make attendance status
制作考勤统计：
7. Training for new staff
新员工培训
8. avoid and handle with labour dispute
预防及处理劳动纠纷
9. Management of security guy
门卫管理
10. BSCI Audit relevant matters
BSCI审核相关事宜
11. Assist supervisor to deal with other daily works
协助上级处理其他日常事务

Requirement 要求：
1. College or above, 2+years HR experience, garment working experience in is preferred.
大专及以上学历，2年以上人事工作经验，有服装行业工作经验者优先考虑
2. Good at recruitment and employee relationship.
擅长招聘及员工关系
3. Well organized, strong learning ability and good communication skill and good teamwork sense.
做事有条理，学习能力强，良好的交际能力与团队合作精神
4. Strong responsibility, carefulness, good computer skills.
有责任心，细心，电脑操作熟练
5. Basic English abilitys is an advantage.
