职位描述：
Responsibilities:

· Assist trade manager to carry out all kinds of day-to-day follow up and operations to achieve prospect and utilize given allocation.

· Assist trade manager to monitor daily bookings, maintain close liaison with clients & concerned parties of all schedule / allocations assignment and changes / equipment situation and possible shortfalls.

· Assist trade manager to prepare cargo prospect at ispace, and equipment forecast.

· Assist trade manager to handle/consolidate daily rate request from Sales team/Sub-agents/booking agents and apply with principals.

· File the rate correctly and timely according to the rate approval from principals.

· Prepare statistics reports as request.

 Requirements:
· University graduate
· Bi-Lingual in Mandarin and English, good in both written and communication skills
· PC literate in MS Office
· At least 2-3 year experience in shipping industry 举报 分享
