职位描述：
1. Responsibilities:
1.1 PO management: evaluate order qty and lead-time, release and input PO, confirm dispatch date, find out delay reasons, check shipping way, expedite or delay shipment etc. ;
1.2 Visit Supplier regularly;
1.3 Supplier cost analyzation;
1.4 Coordinate with relevant engineer for project sourcing;
1.5 RFQ process;
1.6 Supplier initial assessment;
1.7 Support on Supplier improvement program, and supplier qualification and performance assessment;

2. Requirement:
2.1 University bachelor degree in international trading, or supply chain, with technical knowledge;
2.2 Minimum 4 years’ experience in international trading, procurement;
2.3 Good experience in dealing with suppliers and PO management;
2.4 Well in English speaking, reading and writing;
2.5 Technical knowledge
2.6 Good negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers;
2.7 Good communicator and team work capability;
2.8 General knowledge of purchasing, procedures, and sourcing management philosophy;

LSSN Security System has now expanded further by setting up manufacturing & distribution outlets in P.R China, located in the seaport city of Ningbo,300km from Shanghai.
