Job description:

Under the supervision of Sales and Asia Unit Director, you will be responsible to follow all process of injection mold design and manufacturing subcontracting in China, mainly in Taizhou and Ningbo areas, but you might need to go to Dongguan Area few times per month to support our other engineer projects with our local manufacturing unit. In your work you will be supported by head quarter office through design team and chief, local project manager and of course you’re superior. You main working area will be in TaiZhou.

Job’s main task :

※ To ensure efficient and continuous communication between our partners and our team.

※ To challenge the supplier in their proposal and in their daily work and proposal to ensure the best to be provided to our customer.

※ To follow time-line and give weekly status on all deliverables and to communicate any issue with Canada office.

※ To follow the manufacturing methods and end quality to ensure state-of-the-art ways are being use in order to meet the high standard of our customer.

※ To supervise and manage mold trials in cooperation with our China partner.

※ To provide complete mold trial reports to our project management and design team in Canada.

※ To supervise and manage mold final validation prior to mold shipping in cooperation with our China partners.

※ To manage exporting documents and requirements for TIBO.

※ To work on supplier network development and always to keep TIBO aware of good opportunity for more competitive or quality mold maker to work with.

The Candidate should:

※ Have a excellent written English capacity and really good oral English communication skills.

※ Have a solid plastic injection plastic mold design/manufacturing experience (8-12 years).

※ Have an extensive experience to manage projects for high demanding automotive sector (3-7 years).

※ Be flexible in term of time to connect with Canada to ensure efficient communications.

※ Be flexible in term of travelling around in China mostly in the 3 areas mentioned above.
