Falltech Product Development- Technical Liaison for Taiwan and China
Falltech Product Development 台湾及大陆联络员
Responsible to coordinate product design, development, quality, and purchasing activities with suppliers in China (50%) and Taiwan (50%) for new parts, assemblies, and products.负责配合产品设计，开发，品质和跟进大陆（50%）及台湾（50%）的厂商新的部件 ，组装及产品。
A strong technical background in manufacturing, quality and purchasing operations is required. This person will be responsible for providing technical leadership, insight, guidance, and problem solving skills for technical issues related to sourced material and suppliers. 有很强的生产，品质及采购背景。负责提供技术指引和指导，有洞察力，及对技术问题的解决能力。
？Supplier Development/ Management供应商开发及管理
？Develop and maintain the supply base in order to support strategic and operational objectives of the business.开发及保持供应链以便为业务策略及操作对像提供支持。
？Keep purchasing department informed of any potential risks that might impact the global supply chain持续告知采购部门可能影响到环球供应链的潜在风险
？Visit and audits suppliers拜访及稽核供应商
？Provide suppliers with technical oversight and expertise in areas such as Process Development, Quality Control, Control Plans, and Error Proofing 为供应商提供技术监督及专业知识，如流程开发，品质控管 ，控制计划及防错领域。
？Participate and support the suppliers for process control参与及支持供应商的流程控管。
？Identify and engage with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, and quality) to capture commodity requirements and ensure supplier qualification and quality介入及参与 内部管理层（工程部，管理部及品质部）以获 取产品需求及确保供应商的资质及品质。
？Acts as a quality subject matter expert, working in conjunction with Suppliers and Falltech Quality Manager in A3 problem solving - leading cross-functional teams on major supplier quality issues resolution作为品质事物的专家，在重要的供应商品质问题解决方面，和供应商及FALLTECH公司品质经理组成3方问题解决-跨越主导-团队协作。
？Facility and participate in the negotiation of agreements with selected suppliers促进和参与与选中的供应商协议谈判。
？Cost Reduction降低成本
？Coordinate cost reduction activities and identify opportunities for cost reduction, articulate costs/benefits, and oversee implementation.协助降低成本及确定降低成本的时机，善于成本及利润分析，并监督执行。
？Benchmark new suppliers更换新供应商
？Facilitate the multi-disciplinary team in order to review the application in order to identify ideas that will result in cost savings促进多个部门的团队检讨应用以确定可以降低成本 的方法。
？New part development coordination新部件开发协调能力
？Facilitate with all functions (Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Production) and implement activities in relation with a new part development at the supplier from the request for quotation up to production start up加强与各部门的联系（采购，工程，品质，生产）及执行供应商新产品开发活动，从产品报价至开始生产。

？Technical degree, or equivalent experience in the Engineering, or Quality control/ assurance, or related technical field.技术工程师资质(或同等工程经验)或品质控制/保证，或相关技术领域。
？Relevant professional experience & knowledge相关的专业经验&知识
？Familiar with supply chain concepts and related best practices熟悉供应链理念及相关的***实践。
？Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint 精通EXCEL, WORD和POWERPOINT。
？Familiar with quality control, auditing, testing, specification validation.熟悉品质控管，稽核，测试，规格验证。
？Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience of forging, stamping, pressing, machining, zinc die cast, plating processes, PCB and plastic injection components, soft goods (cutting/ sawing/ assembly), and assemblies.以下领域至少3-5年的经验，含锻造，冲压，模压制品，加工，锌压铸 ，电镀，PCB及塑胶注塑零件，软货物（切/锯/组装 ）及装配。
