职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 监控和分析绩效数据，做出必要调整，提升负责区域的销售业绩；
2、 训练和激励所负责区域的员工，实现***绩效；
3、 成为客户服务模范，保证顾客有***的购物体验；
4、 成为品牌大使，不断展示品牌观念和价值，利用专业的产品知识提升销售和客户忠诚度；
5、 指导和培训所负责区域的团队成员，让他们学习基础性和应季性的品牌和产品知识；
6、 为店铺团队成员的招聘、入职和培训提供支持；
7、 维持安全、有生产力的购物和工作环境，保证店铺正常运营；
8、 与团队成员协调，不断执行和维持所负责区域内已有的陈列和宣传材料；
9、 店铺经理缺席时代理店铺经理职务。


岗位要求：
1、 热爱体育品牌销售行业；
2、 至少3年以上的运动/时尚类店铺零售环境工作经验，1年以上的零售管理经验；
3、 良好的分析计算能力，熟练使用office办公软件；
4、 能适应高强度的工作节奏；
5、 具备英语沟通能力者优先。
