岗位职责：
1、打造一支专业化的电影监管团队，负责掌握项目的推进细节和可能出现的风险预警；
2、参与公司完片担保的制定、实施方案并贯彻实施；
3、进行对电影制片方进行信息收集与整理预算表格，及时的反馈制片方的工作进度进程。

职位要求：
1、 大专以上学历，电影管理或广告相关专业优先，熟悉网大娱乐市场，；
2、具备较强的市场洞察力、渠道建设能力、培训能力以及团队建设能力；
3、具备踏实肯学的工作态度，良好的沟通
4、具有较强的人际交往能力和较高的谈判技巧；
5、愿意承担工作压力及接受挑战，能够适应经常性出差的工作要求。
