职位描述：

Responsibilities:

A Accomplish the assigned design target definedby tasks owner.

1. Responsible for component design and development ofProjects

2. Clearly understand the assign design tasks content, target.

3. Breakdown the design target of the component into design tasks with timearrangement and follow up the process by self.

4. Adjust the design tasks when necessary and Communicate with relatedstakeholders of the progress for any deviation against the design target.

5. Self-check during the process of actions before thefinal results (3D/2D/Documents/…) are submitted to design tasks’ owner.

B Finish component design within time schedule;follow strictly the time budget and deadline of the design target.

1. Clearly understand the component design target time budget and deadline

2. When any deviation could exist, give feedback to the related stakeholders

3. Follow strictly the time budget and the deadline; do not generate thedelay to others because of the component design

C Finishcomponent design target according to Hella design standards and guidelines ordefined procedures / processes

1. Implement component design related Hella Know How, procedures andProcesses.

2. Provide information of problems detected in existing Hella Know How,procedures and processes.

D Support projects and design team with other assigned tasks

Requirement:

1. Major in Engineering

2. Good commod of English&drawing software

3. More than 3 years related experience in automotive industry
