职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. Execution, maintenance and development of products' quality program as well as related systems in co-operation with suppliers;
2. On-site audits for product, production and process with corrective action follow up;
3. On-site production engineering support, troubleshooting with corrective action follow up;
4. Improve supplier's manufacturing process and out-going quality;
5. Product pilot run and conduct first article/random inspections amount the manufacturers;
6. Work closely with inter and cross function teams for project management and manufacturing status monitoring;
7. Provide suggestions from Production Development, New Product ?Introduction to Manufacturing Process;
8. Work with suppliers to set up / improve lines base on LEAN principle;
9. Other assignment and project designated by supervisor.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Quality Assurance Engineering or other related discipline;
2. At least 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years solid experience in ?Manufacturing Engineering;
3. Well experiences in molding, injection, die-casting would be an advantage;
3. Preferably experience in office supplies, furniture or related categories, product development, follow up and manufacturing process;
4. Familiar with sample evaluation, corrective and preventive action management;
5. Good knowledge with ISO / Six Sigma / LEAN/SPC /FMEA/ Control plan / QC tools;
6. Self-driven, result-oriented, excellent organizing and interpersonal skill;
7. Good commend of written and spoken in English would be an advantage;
8. Frequent travel in mainland cities is a must, overseas travel is required. 举报 分享
