Main Responsibilities:
1、Develop the global training philosophy to provide world-class training 开发全球培训政策以提供世界一流的培训
2、Develop and implement the global annual training and development plan and establish budget to support business growth and address training needs开发和实施全球年度培训和发展计划，编制相应预算以支持业务增长和满足培训需求
3、Lead and drive the Training and Development team to implement the global training and development plan, including but not limited to the design and delivery of high-quality programs to internal customers worldwide
带领和推进培训和发展团队以实施全球培训和发展项目，包括并不局限于针对全球内部客户的高品质项目设计和实施
4、Conduct regular review on the effectiveness of global training programs to ensure all objectives are met and the Training and Development function is providing added value
实施全球培训项目的效果评估以保证目标的实现及培训和发展项目提供价值
5、Establish the global course system and lecture system
负责全球课程体系和讲师体系建设
6、Manage the establishment and implementation of MINTH colleague
负责敏实学院的建设与运作
7、Manage the Training and Development Dept
培训与发展部门的日常管理
Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree above, management、psychology、human resource related professional 本科以上学历，管理学、心理学或者人力资源相关专业
2、Minimum 5 years experience of training project management in Manufactory industry, minimum 3 years experience of global training project implementation 五年以上制造行业培训项目管理工作经验， 三年以上全球化培训项目运作经验
3、Have excellent design and development skills of training project，excellent development skill of course, strong communication, coordination and coach abilities, excellent organization and coordination skill，and excellent plan management skills
具备出色的培训项目设计开发能力，出色的课程开发能力，很强的沟通、协调和教练能力，出色的组织管理能力，出色计划管控能力
4、Good team player，logical and rational，insightful and integrity
良好的团队合作者，富有条理性，良好的洞察力，以及正直的品格
5、Fluent oral and written communication skill in English
