职位描述：
Functions:
1.Brief Summary of Functions: Live with the company vision and value by rendering professional customer service and proposition to our customers through initiative, continuous improvement, innovation, constant care and integrity.
2.Handle customers’ telephone inquires by professional and excellent servicing technique
3.Provide customer-oriented services on all customer service activities including schedule, booking, operational request, problem solving and exception handling.
4.Offer expertise propositions and solutions to customers by truly understanding their business and requirement.
5.Build up and strengthen the long term relationship with customers as business partners.
6.Comply with the company’s manuals and work toward the KPIs
7.Follow the business practice and always protect the company’s interests
8.Work with constant care and strive for quality products and services
9.Take initiative on new processes, technology and systems
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in shipping industries
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Good PC skills in Windows / Excel / Word
Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
Capable of working independently with limited supervision
Initiative and responsive
Can work under pressures and tight deadlines
