职位描述：
Role：
？ Develop turn-key projects.
？ Provide technical clarification on quality issues.
？ Run tests of new items.
？ Participate in start-up meetings with new customers, both internally and externally.
？ Participate in streamlining and cost reduction tasks in cooperation with Operations and Sourcing & Procurement.
？ Design technical solutions for Panel Development.
？ Act as trouble-shooting and technical sparring partner in Panel Production and Electronics Production.
？ Support Sales and Service regarding technical clarifications.
Responsibilities:
？ Documentation for panels.
？ Circuit diagrams and hardware parts lists.
？ Case manager of turn-key projects.
？ Familiar with Chinese standards for panel design and test
？ Be able to acquainted with contents of the field, and documentation within Chinese and English;
？ Keep the company updated with standard if there are any changes or new
Mandate:
？ Stop the development, if errors are detected.
？ Stop supplier work, if errors are detected.
？ On own judgment, stop release of a product, when/if serious errors/deficiencies are detected.
Competences:
? Formal training and/or experience within elaboration of electrical diagrams and hardware design.
? Solid verbal and written English and Chinese skills.
? Advanced technical understanding and insight.
? Fluent with Chinese GB standards;
Success Criteria:
Individual Targets:
？ Deliver projects according to technical specifications and agreed deadlines.
？ Deliver hardware projects of high quality with a maximum of 2 changes of prototype and 0 changes of series.
？ Ensure that all necessary documentation is created for all concluded projects.
？ Solid understanding of Mita-Teknik wind turbine concepts, including the functionality of main components of a wind turbine.
？ Solid project coordination skills.
？ Solid communication skills in both English and Chinese.
