职位描述：
1.    运行质量部门，建立公司品质管理制度，对相关人员进行培训
2.    协助建立质量管理体系，并实施和保证体系的有效运行。
3.    参与制定产品质量检验标准，并组织实施。
4.    计量器具的管理以及维护。
5.    参与新产品开发和前期质量策划，制定质量管理计划
6.    参与制定对相关供应商的质量要求
7.    处理客户质量投诉及客退品的分析、确定不良原因及制定改进措施
8.    上级领导安排的其他工作等。

岗位要求:
1.  3年以上制造业质量管理和现场管理经验
2.  精通小五金、塑胶产品的加工工艺，对模具、工装治具、纺织等有一定的了解
3.  英语读写良好，能熟练收发邮件  
4.  熟练操作常用办公软件，以及CAD等绘图软件
5. 沟通协调能力及分析能力强
