职位描述：
1.Able to communicate and write in English well.
2.Completed at least a bachelor's degree program in engineering and had several years of development experience. -Experience in a cable and connector manufacturing company is a plus factor.
3.A project oriented Engineer that has a good outlook design experience. Can conceptualize and design products (e.g. connectors). This often includes conducting research and collaborating with other department to identify production needs such as tools, jigs and equipment.
4.With high sense of responsibility for active participation in making improvements and solving technical problems during product development and production stage.
5.Have a good 3D design (ProE) knowledge .
6.Have a good auto-cad knowledge.

Optional (plus factor):
7.A knowledge or basic experience in plastic, die-cast and stamping mold design.
8.A basic knowledge in engineering plastic materials.
9.Able to prepare a BOM after determining material to be used, its quality, physical and electrical characteristics, reliability, acceptance criteria, and packaging.
10.Experience in determining the approximate man-hour required and the cost of labor of the projects or products (cost calculation).
11.Have initiative to do his work and willing to learn new things.
