职位描述：
Job Position: Project Engineer

Job Description:


1. Develops project objectives to meet customer expectations, KQP, timing and quality.
2. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases; assigning personnel to phases and follow APQP process and standards.
3. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards and completing technical studies;
4. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
5. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
6. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
7. Work with Quality Engineers to coordinate the Supplier Preparedness for On-time PPAP.
8. Report project updates through APQP process
9. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
10. Maintain lessons learned from delayed APQP or any other project failures of cost, timing or quality.

Ideal Candidate must have:

? Bachelor’s degree or technical experience in engineering, quality or business
? At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering and project management
? Must have good communication skills, computer skills and data-analysis skills
? Experience in die castings, preferred.
? Experience in Automotive industry and suppliers, preferred
