岗位职责:
1、制订公司业务发展战略及各项(区域/行业/业务单位)销售指标,并与集团及公司业务负责人达成一致
Define business development strategy and sales target for target area/business/industry/BU in agreement with local and regional business leaders
2、执行公司业务拓展战略并完成年度指标
Implement business development strategy and fulfill development targets
3、辨识公司的潜在目标客户,并指导及协助销售人员跟踪推进
Identify potential clients for target business, guide and help sales to follow the target
4、维护并管理公司现有客户及新客户关系
Customer Relationship Management
5、培养及带领公司的业务拓展团队
Train and lead the BD team
6、能向公司及集团业务负责人对月报告进行详细讲解
Elaborate monthly reports to NBHX and BV business leaders
7、协助总经理进行公司内部各职能条线的日常管理工作
Assist with GM with the day-to-day management, related to NBHX
8、协调内外部相关人员,以利集团与公司各职能条线整合性行动的推进
Coordinate both internal and external stakeholders on integration initiatives of each function.

任职资格:
1、本科/大专院校毕业或类似学历,技术或商务专业
College/Bachelor degree or equivalent level with commercial or technical background
2、10年以上相关检测行业/领域工作经验,具备中石化、中石油或类似行业的其他国企工作经验尤佳
Working Experience: 10+ years experiences in the related field/industry, preferably from Sinopec, PetroChina or any other SoE of similar industries
3、5年以上业务拓展经验,3年以上业务拓展经理经验为佳
5+ years working experience in BD Function and 3+ years working experience as BD manager
4、极佳的沟通技巧和业务认知度
Excellent communication skills and business awareness
5、具备良好的演示报告和电脑操作技巧
Good presentation skills and good PC skills
6、具备基本的英语听说读写能力尤佳
Good English (optional) skills
