职位描述：
主要职责:
1.熟悉机械产品装配流程，负责准备技术文件，编写作业指导书，以确保规范操作。
2.负责SOCOP之前的生产工艺准备工作，确保产品设计最大程度符合生产的实际情况。
3.负责设计新的工装，以确保符合当前的需求。
4.协助生产培训核心操作人员。
5.为生产设备和操作方法提供技术支持，技术服务以及持久改善。解决生产期间产生的技术问题以确保产品交期和产品质量。
6.负责导入技术改造和检查的研究，推动新技术应用，提高产品交期和质量，并降低成本。

岗位要求:
? 本科学历，机械工程专业，生产工程专业优先。
? 熟悉手工焊接和MAG自动焊接，有焊接机器人经验者优先。
? 了解折弯，喷涂，装配等其他工艺流程。
? 5年以上相关领域的经验。
? 良好的沟通能力，处事灵活
? 以团队为导向，有项目管理经验者优先
? 流利的英语听说读写
? 能使用CAD系统（特别是Solid Edge系统）
? 能审查和评估图纸


Key Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for preparing technical documentation, such as Work Instructions, for welding, packaging and ensure that they are according to standard.
2. Responsible for product preparation in the production process before SOCOP and ensure that new products are designed according to best practice for production.
3. Responsible for the design of new tooling and ensure they meet our current requirements.
4. Be responsible for leading MED team towards set targets and support production with training of core personnel.
5. Be responsible for providing technical support, technical service and continuous improvement for the production equipment and method (Way of Working). Solve technical problems during production to ensure Delivery On Time (DOT) and the quality of manufactured products (FTT).
6. Be responsible for introducing technological improvement and examine research and promote new technology to improve the DOT, FTT and reduce cost.

Requirement:
？ University degree: Mechanical engineering, preferred within the field of production engineering
？ Documented qualification of manual and automated MAG welding
？ 5 years previous experience within the field mentioned above
？ Good communication ability and flexible
？ Team/project oriented person (project management skills preferred)
？ Training and/or experience of industrial robots
？ Speaks and read English fluent
？ Knowledge of cad-system (preferred Solid Edge)
？ Knowledge in review and evaluation of drawings
