职位描述：
1、 负责管理学术部教师，营造积极向上团队氛围；
2、 依据整体运营目标，把握中心教学和学术工作的关键指标；
3、 负责确保所有教师按照芝麻街英语教学标准和大纲提供高质量的产品和服务；
4、 评估和监控中心的教学质量及各类沟通工作的质量；
5、 负责为校区的招生，教师的激励机制出谋划策；
6、 负责培训新教师，培养、提拔优秀教师；管理学术团队，培养和建立学术人员梯队；
7、 负责进行家长学生满意度调查；
8、 协调及处理日常发生的各种突发紧急状况；
9、 保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。
职位要求Requirements：
1、 本科以上学历，英语培训中心2年以上的外语教学经验，特别是3-12岁儿童英文教育；
2、 具有至少1年的校区管理学术团队的经验；
3、 具有培训教师各项技能的经验；
4、 较好地了解西方教学方法论及它的实践；
5、 理解中国家长对孩子教育的思维模式；有耐心，并且具有很强的解决问题的能力；
6、 熟练的电脑操作技能例如：MS Word, Excel, Power point；
7、 愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法；敢于创新，热衷钻研；
