The OMS specialist focus on supporting Order Management System (OMS) by:
- Supporting OMS business users
- Guarantee OMS reliability, accessibility and performance
- Guarantee OMS capability in terms of functional scope
Key Duties:
- Daily maintenance of OMS system
- Support business users’ issues and requests
- Identify, prioritize, and follow system issues then coordinate issue solving with OMS or other systems vendors
- Control and test OMS vendor’s new deliveries
- Lead system continuous improvement with business users
- Proactively participate to company-wide projects involving OMS
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge in SQL language (Microsoft SQL)
- Experience related to OMS
- Knowledge of e-commerce environment
- Good communication skill with end users
- Good ability for troubleshooting
