职位描述：
岗位职责:

1、 负责整个酒店的经营管理工作。
2、 执行集团酒店产品标准、对客服务、品牌、价格等连锁体系。
3、 根据集团质量标准，监控分店质量，及时处理宾客投诉和意见，提升宾客满意度。
4、 组织销售，完成集团下达的营业收入和GOP利润等指标。
5、 管理分店安全工作，落实分店安全和消防制度，保障宾客和员工的人身安全和分店的财产安全。
6、 分店岗位招聘和选拔，监控员工入职、转正、异动、绩效考核、奖惩管理、假期管理、离职等工作。

任职资格:

1、 有酒店行业从业经验，熟悉酒店运营体系，在店长岗位上至少一年的任职经验，优先考虑在连锁酒店行业内业绩优秀者。
2、 具有狼性精神，个性自信、开朗；敬业，有责任心；过往工作无违反财务规范、职业道德等不良记录；
3、 有良好的沟通能力、营销能力、团队建设与管理能力；
4、 年龄27周岁以上，男女不限，特别优秀者年龄可适当放宽。
