职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Performance management Program: Design performance management process and template, and integrate the revised competency model into the performance management template (KPI, PDP, etc.). Drive the performance improvement plan. Drive the annual performance review process. Conduct communication sessions on importance of performance management.
2.Part of HR team, manage the range of HR programs for your assigned region
3.Build a strong business relationship with managers and leaders - be a trusted advisor to managers and leaders
4.Be the voice of the business to people talent management projects and initiatives
5.Partner with leaders in the design of succession plans for key talent and key job positions of stores and showrooms and in the creation of development plans for key talent
6.Be a strategic thought partner to Senior Management on people development, programs, processes and key initiatives to enable business growth
7.Determine people needs of the businesses and work with PP teams to create talent strategies that effectively address needs
8.Develop and maintain people talent for China.
9.Ensure accuracy of job descriptions and role mapping across businesses
10.Work with Managers on employee performance management process and make recommendations for performance improvement plans

Job requirements:
1.degree or above, majored in Human Resources, Management or related fields.
2.Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in talent & people development In-depth and broad range of human resources knowledge, systems and practices.
3.Experiences with multinational companies is preferred
4.Good presentation skills
5.Office computer software (e.g. MS Office)

       宝鸡吉利发动机零部件有限公司成立于2015年12月，注册地址在宝鸡市高新区，注册资本6000万元人民币，项目总投资45亿。公司位于宝鸡市高新区磻溪镇，占地357亩。建成后将形成年产15TD发动机零部件36万台（套）的生产能力，供吉利汽车及沃尔沃整车搭载。

       本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机，计划2018年下线，预计到2019年将达到年产36万台（套）的生产规模，逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶，能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求，为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。

       项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线；装配试验生产线；相关的工艺辅助部门；以及联合厂房（含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等）、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建，采用一次投资，一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
