Responsibility:
岗位职责：
_ Managing industrialization projects for new products in China, building up and following up budgets & schedules, defining a product cost.
负责新产品的工业化项目，制定和跟进预算、日程和产品成本。
_ Assisting the French design department in its communications with the customers in China.
协助法国设计部门跟中国客户之间的沟通。
_ With the support of the French design, industrialization & quality departments, set-up the production line of each project in China (working instructions, equipment, assembly line layout, quality control plan, test benches…)
在法国设计、工业化&质量部门支持下，建立每个项目的生产线（作业指导书，设备，装配线布置，质量控制计划，试验台…)
_ Following-up and supporting the product certification in China.
跟进和协助在中国进行产品认证。
_ Setting up the references and documents needed for order management between CELEC China / CELEC France / Chinese customer.
设置用于公司与客户之前订单管理需要的参考文件。

Qualifications:
任职要求：
- Technical background in Electronical, Electrical and Mechanical engineering.
有电子，电气和机械工程的技术背景
- At least 5-10 years of working experience, including several years in factories in China.
5-10年工作经验，且有多年工厂经验。
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
流利的英语听说读写能力。
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and, if possible, written)
良好的中文听说读写能力。
- If possible, Fluency in French (spoken & written)
最好有良好的法语听说读写能力。
- Experience in Electronic board integration into final products (including plastic injection, cables, hydraulic parts…)
有电子电路板集成到最终产品的经验（包括塑料注塑，电缆，液压件…）
- Experience in product development / industrialization project management
有产品开发/工业化项目管理经验
- Experience in Western / French companies
有在西方公司/法国公司的经验
- Independent and structured way of working with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

采购管理项目：寻找中国供应商，询价比价，产品开发跟踪，订单发货跟踪，验厂，验货。

贸易项目：寻找目标产品，安排进出口流程，引进国外品牌。
