宁波雪利-贝莱利婴童用品有限公司
 雪利贝莱利的前身为宁波豪洋投资控股集团下的一个事业部，于2012年12月从豪洋控股分离，投资1000万元人民币成为独立的公众公司，它被授权在中国大陆范围内运营意大利bellelli（www.bellelli.com）、西班牙xerez(www.xerez1983.com)、国产自主萨雷斯(www.cn-hover.com)等三大主力品牌儿童安全座椅及婴童用品。
   发展简史
   2011年11月，在九年外贸领域的基础上，确立“雪利•贝莱利”儿童安全座椅及婴童用品项目在中国大陆市场的发展方向。
   2012年5月，与usa xerez intelligent technology llc签订中国独家战略合作协议，被授予西班牙xerez品牌10年营运使用权。
   9月，获得意大利bellelli中国独家总代理营运权。
   10月，第一家xerez & bellelli儿童安全座椅、婴童用品旗舰店在上海市闵行区七莘路华商时代广场营业。
   11月，xerez & bellelli正式进入温州和丽水市场（共7家店），最大展示店面积超过300﹐。
   12月，单店面积超过120﹐的北京xerez & bellelli儿童安全座椅旗舰店，在北京市丰台区西四环张仪村路元和永福汽车用品市场正式营业。
   2013年1月，广州/成都店正在积极筹备中。

    2009年，成立宁波萨雷斯电器有限公司，引进***防触电安全插座（发明专利号：zl961070722），并推向国际市场。
    2010年 萨雷斯安全插座正式在中国市场运营，先后进驻国内 “家乐福、沃尔玛、三江、大润发、好又多”等超市卖场。
    2011年11月 向宁波市中级人民法院提起诉讼，状告荷兰飞利浦公司侵犯萨雷斯电器防触电安全插座发明专利，捍卫民族知识产权，一审胜诉，中央电视台、浙江卫视、浙江经视、宁波电视台等各电视台、报纸、各大门户网站竞相报道。
    2011年12月 正式启动电子商务项目。
    2012年3月1日 豪洋萨雷斯淘宝官方旗舰店盛大上线开业。
